I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Communication (2010) and Master's of Business in Organizational Change and Leadership Development from Ohio Dominican University in 2018. My specialty is getting to know your workforce at a deeper level through thoughtful decision making and my workforce mapping system.
I am a Prosci-Certified Change Management Practitioner and business development coach. I didn’t start learning change management in a textbook, I learned it on the ground during the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Merger (2009-2014) which was the largest, most complex change project of my career.
I have been a high-impact change analyst and led large-scale digital transformations for billion-dollar initiatives. I have also seen first hand how quickly a large company can crumble because leadership ignored the human element.
For the last five years, my obsession has been the Small and Mid-Market sector. Change Management isn't quite as prevalent due to high budget costs, available resources, and limited time. This is where A.T.L.A.S. makes the difference.
